Individual bookings - cancellation

- One night room charge will be applied for any cancellation within 14 days of arrival date
- Two night room charge will be applied for any cancellation within 7 days of arrival date
- For cancellations more than 14 days prior to arrival date, we will refund the down payment, minus a service fee of 30 $US.

Groups and organizations - agreement and cancellation

1) After receiving the registration from the organization or customer, we will make reservations and ask for a down payment, which amounts to the cost of one day per person.
2) The customer will receive a written confirmation of the reservation and an invoice containing the amount of the down payment and payment due. Rest of payment is due two months prior to start.

Cancellation Fees

1) Cancellation must be in writing.

2) Cancellation 8 weeks prior to start:
    Down payment is kept as cancellation fee.

3) Cancellation less than 8 weeks prior to start:
    A cancellation fee of 25% of the total is applicable.

4) Cancellation 2 weeks prior to start:
    A cancellation fee of 50% is applicable.

5) In case of circumstances beyond JIWA DAMAI control lead to unsatisfactory or non-existent service, both parties may cancel the contract. JIWA DAMAI cannot be held liable for any damages.

Included in the price

- Accommodation
- Sheet and towels
- Balinese Breakfast
- Drinking water
- Fresh tea at all times
- Use of swimming pool and yoga/meditation area

Seminar facilities

Usage of the seminar facilities is included in the price.

Aditional agreements

Additional agreements must be confirmed in writing.
