Volunteer Growth Experience

The number of international travellers wishing to volunteer and searching for a profound change of lifestyle is amazing. They choose to contribute to a common cause, as well as find authentic and loving connection with the earth. They offer many unique qualities. We are now receiving more applications than ever. We would like to be able to host everyone who feels called to join us and offer their gifts in this special environment and powerful times. 

We offer 2 full scholarship positions per month, based on our sustainability. Right now all free places are taken. Receiving resounding feedback on this unique transformational experience we would like to make it available to many others.

For over 18 years we have received volunteers and interns here at Jiwa Damai Permaculture Center and provided many tools for awakening, and a rich background for individual growth including: volunteering, permaculture, yoga, heart meditation and other teachings. A multicultural growth environment as well as personal guidance. (see some of our feedback videos.)

This gave us much to reflect upon to create THE VOLUNTEER GROWTH EXPERIENCE which allows us to welcome more adventurers to this unique new program. 

The VOLUNTEER GROWTH EXPERIENCE is for a duration of 2 to 4 weeks, always starting on Monday in 2024.

All income derived from Jiwa Damai programs is returned to the community through projects run by Lagu Damai Bali Foundation www.lagudamaibali.wordpress.com 

Your all inclusive stay includes:

*Awaken your life energy with daily morning yoga (or other movement art)

*Permaculture theory and hands on practices (biodiversity, seed saving, medicinal herbs, wild foraging, etc.) 

*Varied activities for maintenance of center.

*Learning to embrace your Self and the earth with love

*Evening Multidimensional Heart meditation

*Three healthy organic vegetarian Balinese meals per day cooked with love

*Shared or single accommodation in our lovely guest rooms

*During a one month stay, there is a full day excursion to the mountains in the north of Bali, visiting the Lagu Damai Bali Foundation www.lagudamaibali.wordpress.com at a local Balinese family compound and the Earthship building (some trekking required) 

*Weekends are your free time to go out and explore the countless treasures of Bali

Shared double room, two weeks $750 USD, four weeks $1300 USD.
Daily exchange rate applies.
