Raw Vegan Cashew and Moringa Cheese
/Simply mix the following ingredients in a food processor and blend until thick and creamy :
- 1 cup raw cashews (soaked for 4 hours)
- 1/4 cup filtered water
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp moringa powder
- Pinch of ground turmeric
- Pink Himalayan or sea salt to taste
Add more water if needed. Store it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and enjoy!
